Plant Sushi Yoko is a private chef service based in Los Angeles that offers plant-based sushi omakase courses at your home.

My goal is to preserve the  Japanese tradition of treating ingredients with respect while evolving sushi so we can continue to enjoy our cultural food in a  sustainable way.

Although I love traditional sushi with fish, I became eager to satisfy my customers using only vegetables while I was working at Japanese-owned restaurants in San Diego and Los Angeles. 

Plant-based dieting has been helping my mental and physical health. I truly hope my omakase introduces you to a plant-based diet to nurture your  mind and body.
