ABOUT

Plant Sushi Yoko is a private chef service based in Los Angeles, offering plant-based sushi and beyond.

Our goal is to preserve the Japanese tradition of honoring each ingredient, while evolving sushi in a sustainable and inclusive way—creating food that not only respects nature, but also brings

different communities together.

Although I have a deep love for traditional sushi with fish, my desire to craft satisfying dishes using only vegetables began while working at Japanese-owned restaurants in Los Angeles.

 I hope to introduce you to a plant-based experience that nourishes both your body and mind.
